Parking was a little bit of a challenge but the station was easy to get to. It was quick and easy to get our tickets to Penn Station. Very friendly service!
There are waiting areas on both sides of the station along with elevators for wheelchair accessibility but platforms are too narrow and dangerous as people tend to crowd up near the south end of the platform. If you want a seat in the train, do yourself a favor and walk up to the north end of the platform.
The hub of ‘Hub City’, if you will, is past its prime. Traffic in the area can be congested, and the unique pattern of streets combined with one-way traffic flows and prohibited turns can make drop-offs a challenge to those not from the area.
New Brunswick Train Station is good for morning to early evening after that there seems to be alot of people asking for change
Very soon things will get different for this train station because of The Hub opening right across the street. This train station smells like pee and could be maintained a whole better than it is now. The one good thing about the New Brunswick train station is the destinations surrounding it like 25 Burgers, Brother Jimmy's BBQ, Barnes & Noble, and Gloria Jean's Coffee.
