The hotel is good. The room was nice and in an amazing location. Great restaurants within walking distance. You have to pay for parking and it's 22 a day. They also precharge your card another 100 when you check it.Didn't get room service, way to pricey. 8 for size dollar pancakes with no sides. Now you know more then I did when booking.

The hotel is very nice, clean, great restaurant, bar and the pool/exercise room are a great added plus!! My only concern/complaint was there seemed to be no sound proofing in-between my room and next door. There was way too much loud noise/talking from a very large crowd. I called security 3 times during a span of time which was I believe was 2:30 am when it finally got quiet enough to try and get sleep. Maybe more stars in the future if there isn't this type of problem again. The hotel location is great.

The room was large and clean but the accommodations were very dated. Couldn't order movies, didn't have a fridge. When I asked to store my wedding cake (got married that day!) They said it would be $15 a day! ... Their valet service was the best part as the young guy took great care in ensuring the car was safe and close by.

Very nice Hotel in the middle of the city. There are a lot of trendy restaurants and bars in walking distance. Rooms are big and and well furnished with attention to detail, they cover all the important things well.

Was there for a business conference. Please tell me how a hotel that seems to be aimed at conference/business travelers can justify $11.95 per day for wireless service? Not even free wireless in the lobby, let alone the rooms. The Heldrich is missing SO many basics we take for granted. No refrigerator in your room. If you request one, you may or may not receive it. If you DO receive it, be ready for a $25.00 per day charge (that they won't tell you about in advance.) Valet parking is $25. You can save $4.00 by parking in the 'self park' lot but be forewarned.. if you take your car out for any reason, the clock starts ticking again. If you will be using your car during your stay, go for the Valet Parking. Christopher's Restaurant is excellent, but seems to have uneven hours. And there is no information in your room about services available (rather a basic for most hotels in this day and age.) By calling the front desk we found out that there was a breakfast buffet. Nothing in the room indicated it. ($16.00) The group I was with had a catered lunch, but the restaurant is not open for lunch. Sunday evening we wanted to 'eat in" and the restaurant was closed. (Limited menu available in the bar.) just STRANGE. the carpet in the rooms was shabby. the bed was comfortable but the pillows (for the King Single) were HUGE and too firm.. no variety. On the plus side, the room was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful (even tho they kept promising us a fridge 'tomorrow"... and down the road about three blocks is a fantastic restaurant called "Old Man Rafferty's".. go there for dinner! not to be missed. but for the Heldrich... I'd choose another place to stay, if at all possible.
