Have been using Schrum plumbing for over 30 years.
They are easy to schedule with, and even came out that same day when I had an issue. Gary was also sensitive to the potentially high cost of the repair and wanted to help get us he best deal and the right solution. They did my fixes in one day as promised, were very clean, and great with communication.
Gary and all the workers are always great. They are always professional and always do a great job.

Gary is very patient and thorough in answering all of my questions and concerns and always provides me with several options on how to proceed, along with his recommendation.
I had a leak coming through the ceiling into my basement. I had a 1:00 appointment, but a plumber didn't show up until 2:00. When I called to see where he was I was told he "was finishing up lunch". He spent 20 minutes at my home and it was determined that it was not a pipe leak but a tile problem with my tub/shower, so no work was done. When I asked how much it would be I was told I would be billed in the mail. When the invoice arrived I was billed for 1.5 hours for parts and labor. When I called to inquire about the invoice I was told that although the plumber was only there for 20 minutes, I was billed for travel time (which is only 20 minutes). Very dissatisfied with the service. This was my first time using Shrum Plumbing and I would never use them again!!
