This was probably the worst experience I have ever had on at a Chinese restaurant. First, the atmosphere at the restaurant was not pleasant at all, not clean and not welcoming. Then when I placed my order, the employee was very hostile against my friend and I but not the other customers. I was told that this establishment was racist against Indian and hispanic individuals but did not believe it until tonight. The employee was not rude and disrespectful to the other customers, only my friend and I, who were the only people of color there. They spoke to use like we were below them and treated us very disrespectfully simply because of our race. I have never felt as disrespected as I was at this restaurant. Other customers, who were white, were met with a completely different manner. The employees asked them specifically how they wanted their food, how spicy and any allergies, when my friend and I did not get any of this service. To make things worse, I specifically asked for no peas in my meal, and even telling them about 5 times, they still gave me peas in my meal. They're many better options on College Ave to get Chinese food and this restaurant will never be one.
Noodle Gourmet has an impressive selection of bubble teas. At this point I've not gotten too far through the choices they've made available but I'm excited about the flavors I tried so far. Definitely worth checking out.
I would give it no stars if i could. I called for delivery and they came over 2 hours late. The food got very cold. They do not reply to your follow up calls about your order unless you threaten them to cancel the order. Food was mediocre. They should hire more drivers or tell us that the order would 2-3 hour. They told us that it would only take an hour, bunch of liars!
This place sucks. The people who work there are rude as hell and the food is overpriced and not good. They mess up general tsos chicken. Like how do you do that. Go to another place for your chinese food
I come here too often. Staff is quick. Food isn't bad. Cheap. Late night.
