Room was clean and well maintained. Sheets were clean. Floor was Basic sleep and shower kind of room. No frills. No fridge or microwave. Price per room per night was excellent. Neighborhood a little dicey. The element hanging around the motel not so great..
This motel is good and so are the staff. They are friendly and very understanding and humble. They are willing to work with you and when you call for service they are on it! I'm satisfied....For the future they just need to invest in microwaves and mini fridgerators for the rooms or one microwave for the guest to have access to.
I recently got a room here and upon my arrival to the office, the first thing the guy said after verifying the room for 2 was mentioned that if I bring more people there the police will come and we'll have to leave and I'll lose my money. I asked the guy is that how you treat all your guest or is it because of my appearance and the guy insisted it's just policy. The Indian guy there also put me in a room that was right next to the office and when I asked to relocated he mentioned that's the only thing he has available so I had my friend call to rent a room and sure enough they were multiple vacancies. Also When I was bringing my things into the room I had 2 of my friends helping me who were in the car at the time. I was about to take them back home but my friend ask to use the bathroom so I allowed him. After he got out the restroom he came outside and got in the car. At that time I had forgotten my phone in the room and when I got out the car to get it, the Indian guy at the desk deactivated the card and I had to go back to him to verify my identity and to assure him that the room was for myself and a female companion. It was the worst experience ever.
Front desk was very pleasant. First room door would not lock. Second room door had rough edges that sliced my daughter's hand. Room was clean enough. Had to evacuate and listen to fire alarms for a resident burning food while cooking in the room. (I had booked this room for my mother in law.)
I really like the room. I like Todd hardwood floors and I like the wood chairs that matched. I think I got a really nice bathroom and the design is really creative and I liked it a lot. I did not have a chance to experience any of the room service or anything, but I really did like the room. Had a huge TV but I think that it should have a better remote control and maybe some kind of TV Guide where we can see all the channels and see what's on better.
