I couldn't have been more happy to write this Review for BMS. All the staff at NICU , I couldn't thank you enough for the miracles you performed on my daughter. Born at 24wks, everyone in the NICU took care of my daughter as if she was their own. After a 100 Day stay in the NICU, she was discharged with Oxygen support and the staff was extremely patient in resolving our concerns. Thank you NICU for giving my baby a new lease of life.
The facility is up to date and very clean, alot of going on, and a great waiting room incase you have a third family member who comes along (they only allow 2 in at a time).
It was the worst hospital ever!
They almost killed me
My baby is in the NICU unit now. The staff are great, the doctors speak to us everyday and encourage any questions you may have. They attend to every baby there with the best of care. Every surgery has gone off without a single problem, and they have told us everything top to bottom that they want to or are planning to do to our child.
They also have a webcam where you can watch your baby live (which is free), it has been great for my girlfriend.
We were in the hospital for a week for my 17 year old daughter's infection on her face. The doctors and nurses there are absolutely phenomenal. The best care I think any children can get. Every staff is warm and sweet and eager to help. I highly recommend the hospital if you ever need it for your children's care.
