The arrangement was even much better than in the picture. Flowers were so fresh and worth every penny.
I called back as I wasn't home and wouldn't be for the day asking if they could reschedule the delivery. The man rudely told me he couldn't do that because he had a lot of deliveries. I again said how I wouldn't be home until later that evening and I didn't want them out in the weather, he again rudely interrupted me saying well I should call someone else in my building to get them for me or just go home. (Mind you I was not near to home and I would have been home if I had gotten a call to schedule the delivery like they were asked.) I asked again why he couldn't just pick them back up and deliver the next day, I didn't mind the wait I just wanted them to arrive safely. Instead he told me that he guessed he could pick them up and leave them at the shop and it'd be my problem. I finally gave up on trying to get any help from him since he kept interrupting and insisting I just go home or call someone to get them.

I was the recipient of an arrangement from this shop. The person who had them delivered said she asked for the shop to call and arrange a delivery time to ensure I'd be home. I never got a call, instead I was contacted at the delivery time with a voicemail that simply said that someone left a plant on my porch, no name or any information.
Ordered a bouquet and it wasn't delivered. Unanswered emails and phone calls...
The plant was fine and looked nice enough( I snapped a picture for the person who sent them and she was happy) when I got home hours later, but the entire experience was spoiled by the rude delivery man. We will never use this shop again. Get better delivery people!!!
Used them for my mothers funeral. David, the owner was very pleasant and helpful. We told him what we wanted and he delivered. The arrangements looked just as beautiful as my mom. Thank you for your help during this difficult time.
