Worst case of customer service I have ever had to witness. No one was helpful to me when all I needed was an accident report and no one was informative about anything I was asking about. Worst court in the world.
I recently had a run in with them this morning. They were running a road block during morning rush hour. Why on earth is it a good idea to pull people over that early and cause them to be late. This just reaffirms my desire to leave this state and take hundred of thousands of dollars from this stupid economy. I knew about my front plate too and have a bracket on order. Told the cop i already knew and was getting it fixed. Still gives me a ticket for it plus one for emissions sticker? Like the other cop didn't say anything about it and they said at the dmv a few months ago when i registered the car that I didn't need to because the car is new. This is just one of many unhappy reviews im sending. Next the police commissioner and then the governors office.
If I have a choice this place deserves zero star. Customer service is awful. Court personnels have no idea what they are doing. If you have to appeal for a traffic ticket, don’t even bother. It is a waste of time because what was agreed at court does not reflect on the payment. You end up paying more penalty fees than what was originally stated on the ticket.
Not giving any stars to this place !!! the family court and how they work their system is bs. They have been giving my little sister such a hard time with gaining full custody of her kids I don't understand why when the father of the kids is currently incarcerated writing threatening letters and emails saying hes going to kill the kids and the whole family and the judges still want her to take the kids to see him ?! LIKE WHAT not until something happens is when they will take actions and I don't think that's right!! certain things should be changed around especially when it comes to someone that's in jail writing to KILL someone !!! I didn't want to give any stars but I had to in order for this to be posted.
My court date was for 11/7.. showed up and their hours said they were open but it was election day. Wasted my time and day off for nothing. Maybe cops should know when to put the right date down and maybe they should keep the hours updated on the website. Idiots.
