The ice cream and toppings r bery good bit they r so rigid and not flexible. They will not allow u 2 have 2 flavors in a cone no matter how much u r willing 2 pay. And they will not let you taste new flavors. Unlike any other ice cream places in the area

Fairly kind staff members, however the person in charge of the refund was extremely rude. He had tattoo sleeves and worked behind the online pick up section. During the conversation with him, I realized that I forgot my receipt thus I ask him to hand me back my book. Unexpectedly, he refused. He actually refused to hand me back my book that I had paid for. Had to bicker with him for a while before he gave me back my book. Never coming back to here again!

This place is great for all college textbooks and supplies. The employees are great and have toms of knowledge. College students can easily find the books as their are sections.

Unreasonable prices. It seems like they try to justify a %150 markup just for convenience -- and it's not even that convenient, with long lines and low stock of popular items. In short, it's a very disorganized business. I was trying to exchange a clicker that I had bought the day before, and when I went downstairs to the textbook area where I bought the clicker, they directed me upstairs to the main cashier, where I waited in a line stretching to right before the escalators. Upon meeting the main cashiers, they redirected me downstairs back to the textbook area where I now had to wait again. When I met the textbook employees, they then told me that I could not do the exchange because they don't sell the clicker that I wanted to exchange my current clicker for...but the clicker I wanted was there the day before. Not to mention that the whole reason I was trying to exchange this clicker is because the employees the day before did not explain to me that it did not come with a subscription even though I showed them my syllabus and ISBNs and everything. Seems like employees aren't trained thoroughly enough. What a mess.

I disagree with the poor reviews. I have been to several b and ns in nj and this one is run very well. The manager is very nice. She went out of her way to help me track down and order a very obscure book. Thank you!!!!!!
