Polite employees, always crowded on fridays and saturdays. They know what they are doing and quick
I have been there 3 times, people are polite and nice, It has a big parking lot (Entrance at Reed st.), 2 lane drive through ATM (Entrance from parking lot) and was not very busy.
PROTIP: a lot of walk up patrons use the ATM (which is in the front of the building near the sidewalk) especially during peak times ... there’s a walk-up ATM on the back of the building that’s usually much easier to access if you don’t need to drive up.
